Choreograph is an app for residents and their families, to access and interact with services provided by the Choreograph communities.The following functionalities are available:● Directories: Find and connect with other residents and team members.● Activities: Access all the calendars, details about the activities, and the ability tosign-up for activities.● Maintenance and housekeeping: Place repair and service requests.● Transportation: Schedule and reserve individual and group rides.● Visits: Sign up and announce visitors to staff and residents● News: Stay up-to-date on what is happening within the community.● And much more!This easy-to-use app also provides a personal schedule giving you an overview of all the activities you signed up for, any transportation rides you have scheduled, and other personal appointments.
A notification center informs you when the status of one of your requests is updated.The Choreograph app is an invite-only app, exclusively accessible for residents of Choreograph communities and their families.
